本次会议住宿交通费用自理，按规定回单位报销，参会代表享受优惠价格，请尽可能在会前预订酒店。

Accommodation information

The accommodation and transportation expenses for this conference will be borne by oneself and reimbursed by the unit according to regulations. Representatives attending the conference will enjoy preferential prices. Please make hotel reservations as much as possible before the conference.

预订方式：邮件预订

请填写下方附件1表格，并发送邮件至酒店预订部进行预定：rsvn@beijinglandmark.com  

预定截止日期：需提前一周预订，房型以酒店房间状况为准。 

发送邮件后请等待酒店回复预定码，并尽快完成付款。 

酒店只接受担保预定（任何境外发行信用卡、中国银行信用卡、现金、汇款）请在预定截止日期之前提供任何没有担保的预定将不被接受,  取消担保预定：预定客人到店当日72小时前不收取费用，之后取消，酒店将收取所有预定日期的房间费用。 

住宿发票：房费交付成功后，发票将由酒店开具，请联系酒店开具发票。
